Vice President Leni Robredo's push for community-based drug rehabilitation programs will work and have proven to work. Attorney Sikini Labastilla, spokesman of the community-based Drug Rehabilitation Alliance cites the case of Caloocan City, where they have helped drug users reintegrate themselves back into society. Labastilla says this was due to the support they received from local government units as well as the people in the community. Labastilla says it's possible to replicate this success nationwide, given the right resources.
