The bobber-style motorcycle is powered by a 334cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder motor, which makes 30PS and 31Nm. Transmission duties are handled by a six-speed gearbox. It features a blacked out theme and has a tan-coloured single seat, blacked out engine, exhaust and spoke wheels. The instrument console features a minimalistic design and has just the speedometer, odometer and fuel gauge. It gets the same double cradle frame as the other two Jawas but gets a longer swingarm. The front gets telescopic forks while the rear has a monoshock. Braking is via front and rear disc brakes with ABS as standard. The Perak is priced at Rs 1.94 lakh (ex-Delhi)

It has taken Jawa 12 months to launch the Perak, the company's first factory custom bobber. Derived from the standard Jawa, the Perak gets a revised design, a larger motor and slightly better components. It has been launched at Rs 1.94 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), which is Rs 5,000 more than what Jawa had quoted for the bike 12 months ago. Jawa will start accepting bookings for the bike from January 1. There’s a telescopic fork at the front while the rear features a monoshock. Braking is via front and rear disc brakes with ABS as standard.
