Why you should do a buyer consult with your customers

Personally, I love doing buyer consults. It is a great way to get to know my customers better. Also to take the time to educate them on the home buying process. There is so much to know!!! And how would they possible know especially if they have never done this better. It is most likely their biggest investment of their life at this point. When I do a buyer consult with customers it makes the process for them seamless.
