David Schlotthauer forecasts a Weakening Polar Vortex with very cold Canadian air as High pressure to the west amplifies the dibble oscillation low pressure over Hudson Bay.

Synopsis:
Strong Anomelys Ridge over the West has established itself. This has lead to a strong broad area of low pressure to the east which is allowing all of the cold air to move south from the Canadian prairie. This Weather pattern could last through all of November. More details in the Video.
