Taking time to rest and focus Inward Often times we are so busy creating the life we want, we often forget that resting is just as important as the work we put in. Also taking the time to acknowledge how we feel each time something big happens, good or bad, can help us to manage any emotion that may be lingering subconsciously. These unattended emotions, can eventually be cause of dis-ease.
