Beginning A Journal For 2020

Beginning A Journal For 2020 In this video, I show you my new journal and my journal plans for 2020 and the rest of 2019.

The reason why I'm interested in keeping a journal is I need a way of organizing all my thoughts, ideas, and plans as well as a way to stay accountable to myself.

If I write things down I can come back to them later with more context rather than starting completely over.

I was inspired to start a journal by watching Clark Kegley and his channel Refusing to Settle. Check out his channel if you are looking for deep in depth journal videos.

The front of my journal will be for mindset and motivation related ideas while the back cover is more about planning, and the middle pages are where the ideas will be explored, tracked, and new material comes together.

I really think keeping a journal is going to help boost my productivity and help me achieve a lot more in 2020 and beyond.

Do you keep a journal? Have any journal tips?
