For example, in the city of Los Angeles, the average rent has risen 15% in the last 3 years. This is specially worrisome when it comes to the low income segment. Those who spend more than 60% of their salary to pay their rent are at risk of falling behind poverty lines. And this is a problem. But why does this happen? And is there any way to solve this?
