Usually noble women married at 15ish, and noble men at 22-29ish (the age of consent was 21). There's a theory out there that Shakespeare decided to make Juliet super young to make Verona seem "exotic" and "different" compared to Elizabethan society, cuz even Elizabethans would be like "yeah I'd wait 2 more years", like Lord Capulet suggested. But that's just a theory. Anywayyyyy...
