Watch A Small Wave Slice Up This Surfer - Bingin, 2 August 2019

I've had a lot more cuts in small shallow waves compared to overhead conditions at the same locations. So I'm not surprised to see a bit of blood on a small day at low tide Bingin.

But this example is extreme. The wave is so small and it wasn't like he was flying along at any great speed.

The guy did exactly what I would have done, i.e try and stay as flat as possible but he still came out with a mixed bag of cuts with the bonus of a blown fin box to seal the deal.
