In Leviticus 23, God lists His sacred holy days and tells us when they take place. 50 days after Passover is the Feast of Shavuot as it called in the Hebrew language but in the English or the Greek it is known as Pentecost (Acts 2).
"They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them." Acts 2:3-4
