After Mueller slips up Bill Barr sends him crashing down to the bottom f the deep blue sea. Attorney General William Barr said he believes special counsel Robert Mueller could have reached a decision on whether President Trump committed obstruction of justice. Barr made it clear that Mueller could have declared Trump obstructed even if he couldn’t indict him. That was what Democrats wanted after all. But there was nothing.
