How to Fix PHILIPS TV Stuck on Logo Screen || Continuously Restarting, Logo Flashing- Fix PHILIPS TV

My PHILIPS smart tv is stuck on the start screen. The Hisense Smart TV Logo keeps flashing on the screen and I am unable to switch off. it was working fine last night but won't get past the PHILIPS logo at the beginning. the controller has been unresponsive. any ideas or anyone solved this problem?
