Herald of Ash for clear speed? - Path of Exile (3.6 Synthesis)

Exploring possibility of using herald of ash to help with clear speed. Newer players may not know that it used to be ignite and could proliferate. So i wanted to see how it would do these days with non-ignite build. Also clarifying couple things about Herald of Ash.
