BJP's Satpal Singh Satti Threatens To 'Chop Off Hands Of Those Who Raise Fingers' At Party Leaders Himachal Pradesh BJP chief Satpal Singh Satti has again made a controversial remark, saying he "will chop off the hands of those who point fingers at BJP leaders". Satti's latest comment comes after he was barred by the Election Commission from campaigning for 48 hours last week.
