You walk into a restaurant in America, and the calories are required to be displayed. This is why we are sick & fat. We are being brainwashed that calorie counting is important. π‘
Not only is calorie counting NOT important, but calorie counting is dangerous to human health because you’re literally starving yourself.
The NUMBER of calories in your food doesn’t matter. Only the TYPE of calories in your food is what matters. π
Yes, exercise is wonderful for the human body. It builds muscles and circulates the lymphatic system and creates human growth hormone and a zillion other amazing things. I exercise multiple times per week for optimal health. I recommend that everyone exercises regularly. π€πͺππ»♀️π§♂️π΄♂️
But guess what exercise DOESN’T do?
It doesn’t burn fat. π€―π§
Let’s use an analogy. You can wash your hands as much as you like, and sanitize them all day long, and take showers all day long, and scrub your body clean all day long with a loofah. You can shampoo your hair and scrub your face with soap. You can sit in a bathtub for 24 hours a day. You can get your body as clean as you want. But what good will that do for your oral hygiene? What good will that do for your teeth, gums, and bad breath? You can spend all day scrubbing down your body, but if you don’t brush & floss your teeth, your mouth will be despicable.
“Eating less & moving more” to lose weight is the equivalent of scrubbing down your entire body yet expecting your breath to be fresh.
Being fat is caused by a HORMONAL IMBALANCE, not a CALORIC IMBALANCE. ππ«⭐️✨
So the answer is incredibly simple & easy.
All you need to do is correct your hormonal imbalance, and you are on the path to a thin & healthy life, free from disease. πππͺπ
