Liko's Hawaiian Barbecue is all about ohana.



Born on the islands, Mary was fortunate enough to have grown up in a family with these great traditions. A secret barbecue recipe has been passed down from generation to generation and Mary took it upon herself to perfect this recipe to use at her family gatherings and celebrations.



One day while preparing food for family and friends, Mary used her recipe on pork and chicken. To her delight, they were a hit with everyone. Little did she know that this was the beginning of the Liko's Hawaiian Barbecue business. With her husband Rico, the couple realized that not only did they have to share this wonderful food with their ohana, but with everyone else too.



The couple started off small, selling barbecue pork & chicken skewers at street festivals and catering special events. Liko's is slowly expanding their menu with the future goal of having their own quick service restaurant.
