Political parties challenged to employ qualified personnel to manage parties

Political parties have been challenged to embrace a corporate culture and employ qualified personnel to manage the party. Chairman of the judiciary committee on election Justice Msagha Mbogholi says the culture of party hopping, and poor management of parties is the biggest challenge in nurturing democracy and building political tolerance. He was speaking at the launch of the political parties training manual.
