Margaritas pressure canners and sharp knives... It's always a fun time at The Crouch Ranch

We spent the evening pressure canning some yellowtail and some bluefin tuna that we got in a trade from a friend. Syd might have consumed a rather large Margarita in the process... So it mostly turned into an outtakes video :) :)
