Is Dietary Fiber Essential?

Is Dietary Fiber Essential? Hey, everyone. This week's video is all about fiber. There are some people out there who try to claim that fiber is not an essential part of a person's diet, however science is really starting to prove otherwise. While we don't yet have many randomized controlled trials in people for fiber we do have many epidemiology studies and mechanistic studies in mice. All of these point in the direction that fiber really is essential for people.
