You want to transform. You want to change. You want to fix your life, your problems, your circumstances.
Hell, you want to fix everything.
While it's true that solving problems and improving your life is important, you don't necessarily have to "fix" your life.
You're not broken. You're not inadequate and deficient.
Society often tells you messages that make you feel this way. Messages that make you feel less then. You feel like you have to catch up to your peers, keep up with the Joneses, or live up to the standards you see other people set on social media.
This is the wrong way to fix your life.
The true "fix" comes from first understanding that you're good enough *as is.*
You simply need to unlearn the narratives and societal scripts you've adopted over time and replace them with beliefs you form on your own through taking action in the direction of your real dreams.
How do you find your real dreams?
How do you understand your blindspots and deep seated narratives so that you can actually follow through with your personal transformation?
That's what I talk about in today's video and more.
