Here is another success story of comprehensive renovation under Energodim program administered by EE Fund. HOA Stryiska-75 from Lviv was founded in a multi-apartment house, which had been in use for nearly 50 years. According to co-owners, prior to HOA the building was taken care of by a ZhEK. However, the question of utility networks rehabilitation had never been on the agenda. Hence, with time, intrabuilding utilities were in poor shape. The situation changed, however, once HOA was established. And now the building is undergoing a comprehensive thermal renovation. More details on HOA Stryiska-75’s success story is in the video.
