The Ghostbusters franchise in the past few years has been pretty divisive. In spite of this trailer being pretty great, it is not immune to the divisive nature that comes along with it. I don't see why a female led movie would be a BAD thing, but I also didn't understand why Ghostbusters (2016) was perceived as a GOOD thing.
This trailer hits all the right notes. Even the SJW notes (even if they don't choose to see it). It introduces us to the new cast, and gives us very little to spoil the actual movie. Mckenna Grace looks to be well suited to carry this franchise on into the future.
