This is like when there is extra credit to write a 5 paragraph essay about something you have nothing to say about but you do it anyway because you're that overachieving student that takes school too seriously so you do it but its all filler and double spaced and not really saying anything but you hand it in hoping you get an A for effort. It also has a lot of run on sentences like this last one.
