1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup sugar (minus 2 tablespoon if its sweet for you)
1 cup flour
cover and keep in the fridge for 1 hour
I use 1 teaspoon to scoop the crinkles
and cover them with confectioner's sugar
press slightly
over 350 degree F in pre-heated oven, bake it for 4 minutes
let it cool for 15 minutes.
