Altercation with truck driver and passenger. Truck was in right turning lane trying to change lanes in the middle of the intersection. Very common here where cars trying to bypass traffic stay in the right turning late till the very end. Truck driver and passenger made verbal and physical threats. You don't see the physical part where they both made fist punching motions. UPDATE 11/15/19: Local police watched the video and contacted the driver/owner and passenger/employee of the work truck. They had a stern talking to and was told if this type of behavior ever happened again, they will get charged, arrested, and thrown in jail.
