I bought the cheapest MacBook Pro with Vega graphics on eBay

The 15 inch MacBook Pro has had the same Polaris architecture AMD Radeon Pro graphics since the touch bar MacBook Pro came out in 2016. Even on brand new 2019 MacBook Pros, we still get Radeon Pro 555X and 560X that really don't cut it! So, I bought the cheapest MacBook Pro on eBay with AMD Vega 20 graphics to see if they're worth the upgrade...
