How to Install a Cassette - The EASY Way!

A lot of people have asked what was the plastic thing I always use in my videos when installing cassettes on trainers and rear wheels. Here's all the details on what it is and where it comes from.

Summary: 
- Use the plastic installation guide to slide the cassette on.
- Install the last two cogs.
- Fit the the lock ring (turn anti-clock wise a little to ensure it doesn't cross-thread).
- Snug it down with the lockring tool... and you're done!
- Removing a cassette is the reverse (using the chain whip to stop the cassette spinning)
