This past weekend, McDonald's celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Happy Meal by releasing retro toys from the 80s, 90s, and early 00s! Brennan and I drove to four different McDonald's (to ensure variety) and purchased eight Happy Meals total with cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets, fries, sodas, and milkshakes. We ended up getting a bunch of really awesome toys that are definitely going on my novelty nicknack shelf, and got a pretty filling lunch at the same time!
