FATS Pt. 2 - Addictive? Stored? How much do I | should you eat? The fat you wear?! Such a highly controversial topic! 😵 It took me 5 years being vegan just to find that fats are not meant to be "controlled" because they're evil... they're NOT the villain and they're NOT making you fat. What causes them to be stored is primarily dys-/downregulations of your metabolism - not the fat calories/molecules themselves. Excited to hear what you think about the topic!
