He is currently the evaluator and treatment provider for Shelby County Department of Corrections, Tennessee Department of Corrections, The Federal Bureau of Prisons, and the United States Court Office of probation. I conduct Sex Offender Risk Evaluations, provide treatment and testify in state and federal court.
He has also provided expert witness testimony for defense attorneys in state and federal court. I have given either in court or written testimony as an expert witness in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, New Jersey, and Tennessee.
