Sen. Lindsey Graham: 'This is the most screwed up decision I've seen since I have been in Congress.'

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) criticizes President Trump's decision to withdraw troops from Syria saying, "This is the most screwed up decision I've seen since I have been in Congress." He goes on to say if the president goes ahead with his Syria decision the biggest winners will be Iran and ISIS and the biggest losers will be the Kurds and Israel. This came during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on Iran policy, with U.S. Special Representative for Iran Brian Hook. Full video here:
