Activists have been protesting at malls across Hong Kong. Hundreds rallied in Tsim Sha Tsui amid heavy police presence. Meanwhile, Hong Kong's transport and housing chief Frank Chan said the city's MTR is facing a shortage of parts after continued arson attacks and vandalism at stations. Apple has also removed the HKmap.live app from its App Store, which protesters had used to track police movements. It said the crowdsourcing app violated rules as it was used to ambush police.
