MacDonald.   Bride Claire McMullen,  60, was shot in the arm and is in “good condition,” while the groom, 60-year-old Mark Castiglione, was also injured after being struck in the head with an unidentified object, the Washington Post reports.    Holloway has been arrested  for first-degree assault and “alternative counts of purposely and knowingly causing bodily injury by means of a deadly weapon”, relating to the shooting of the bishop.  Ambulances and dozens of other emergency services, including fire trucks, were on the scene within three minutes after receiving a call of an "active shooter situation".  It is not clear what the gunman's motive was but police are investigating whether it is linked to another tragedy at the church last week, when one of its ordained ministers, Luis Garcia, was found dead inside his home after being shot.  Holloway is Mr Garcia’s stepson, according to senior Assistant Attorney General Benjamin Agati.  Mr Brandon Castiglione, the 24-year-old charged with second-degree murder relating to Garcia’s death, is the son of the groom.  Mr Agati believes there could be an "element of revenge in the shooting".  Chief Joseph Roark said in a press conference earlier on Saturday: "We have a lot of witnesses to interview, as you might expect.  "From my understanding, they basically gang-tackled him.  "There was a struggle ... Minor injuries occurred to the other guests who were in the struggle with the shooter."  He added that it 'does not seem to be a random event'.  One other person was taken to hospital after the tragedy but their injuries have not been confirmed.  A handgun was also recovered from the scene.  A spokesman said: "Preliminary investigation of the matter indicates that this incident does not appear to be a random event.  "A wedding was occurring at the church during the time of the call. Initial officers arrived on scene within 3 minutes and discovered two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds within the church.  "Additionally the suspected shooter was being subdued by guests of the wedding.  "Responding officers placed the suspect under arrest and rendered medical aid to the wounded
