Diwali celebrations start on Sunday, 27th October 2019. The festival symbolises the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil and knowledge. Animal rights advocacy group Ban Animal Trading has held a static protest in Phoenix-north of Durban. It's against the use of fireworks during Deepavali and other celebrations like the first of January. Our reporter Vusi Khumalo caught up with Prathma Singh from Ban Animal Trading
