This audit is a little different...

I discovered on a government website that this property is being leased by a governmental agency. When I checked out the property, it appears to be a tire shop, which was a bit strange.

On the day of this audit, the owner invited me inside to discuss what was going on, but some of his statements seem to be conflicted. If anyone can translate the language that would be very helpful.

Some the video was cut out because it was a lot of dead space while I attempted to find the GSA property map website, which was unavailable. All important parts of the video are shown.

I'd like to know your thoughts on what you think is going on here.
