sanitation officer gave us a summons 0208 795 950 sept 16, 2019 for putting a garbage bag on a non collection date. the garbage bags are still out there because the dept of sanitation did not pick up the garbage on the collection day. note that the next door neighbor has 3 garbage bags. see part 2 to see that we had 1 white garbage bag.
