Stupidity at It's finest (Explanation in the description)

Stupidity at It's finest (Explanation in the description) This is video is reposted due to some technical concerns (specifically the audio being cut off and Youtube subtitles (which contains all the explanations) not showing up.
We apologize for the inconvenience it may cause you.

Now due to some errors regarding the Youtube Subtitles,we were left with no choices but to post our explanations in the Video Description

Explanation:
Communication is a process of transmitting information from one person to another. As you can see here,Communication is happening between the three of us where information is passed on to each other. We also use language as a tool of communicaton, both verbal (talking to each other) and non verbal (nodding in agreement, body language).

In this conversation, the Process of Communication is also observed.Notice how Julia asks where a certain shop is located for her to buy a new bottle of liptint. (Stimulus: the need to buy another bottle because of her bottle of liptint is almost empty) and Diana, who recieved the information, gave her feedback by saying "I dont know".This can also be an example of an Interactive View of Communication because the information is not simutaneously given at each other. The view of communication that refers to the simutaneous flow of messages and roles of the sender and the reciever is called the Transactional View, which is most commonly used by women if were talking about Intercultural Communication (Gender).

Beside that,we can also identify the Elements of Communication:
Participants- Julia,Mycka and Diana
Message- "Hello Guys! We're here in Circuit,Makati..."
"Happy Birthday Julia!"
Feedback- "Do you know what floor Watsons is located?"
"I don't know"

In this blog, barriers of communication can also be identified. An example of that is the noise of the tricycle we rode.We had a hard time communicating at that time,so we have to raise our voice volumes to ensure that our messages were recieved by each other. This is an example of Physical Noise.Another barrier that obstructs the understanding of the message is called Semantic Noise. An example of that barrier is when Mycka said something but is not heard or addressed because her audience may have poor listening skills or may be distracted.

As for the functions of communications,Information and Emotional Expressions can be seen.Information examples include:
- The speaker of the Nutrition Month programs giving certain details (under Formal Communication and Style,Public Speaking and its function is to inform)
- Mycka informs Diana and Julia that Lip Tints can cause lip dryness
(Which is also under Locutionary Act becase they're giving information)

While Emotional Expressions include:
Happy:
-Greeting Julia a Happy Birthday (take note of the rising of the voice and facial expressions that would signal you that the person is happy)

Under Speech Style,we have Casual Style. An example of this speech style is the conversation between the three of them, since they are friends and comfortable with each other.Speech style can also change if they see themselves as strangers.
Besides that we have Formal Style, which is used when the speaker publicly tell its audience about some matter like what the Speaker is doing in the Nutrition Month Program.

Lastly,we have Speech Context. Its Categories include:
Formal Communication and Public Communication
-Speaker publicly gives information about the winners of Nutrition month Contests
Interpersonal Communication
-The three friends interacting or talking to each other.

Thank you and have good day
