Each year this bubble form comes home with a stack of papers at the beginning of the year. I wanted to clarify what it is and draw attention to it. The first 4 items give approval for your student's picture to be used in media by me and the school system. I use YouTube, Instagram and publish teachers articles to a blog at
In the past families have declined on the form but then verbally gave approval when they saw how their student's pictures were being used. I wanted to be up front from the start and head off any confusion for this year.
If you are not comfortable with your student's picture or video being used then please indicate so and I will tactfully honor that in the classroom.

These videos are meant to be a reference for families to go back to in order to confirm expectations AND they are meant to give clarification on many of the things we do in our classroom.
