Cheung Chu Hung, an opposite side politician in Hong Kong, considered the scene happening in the Hong Kong airport on Aug 13, 2019, in which hundreds of rioters beat up and seriously injured a Chinese reporter, as "Citizen's Arrest"!!!! This ugly politician had been condemning the police for using force against the violent rioters. Now he considered the rioters, who seriously injured the Chinese reporter, as "citizen's arrest"?????
