In this clip, Tray Deee broke down the leadership structure of Black street gangs. The singular leader isn't typical of Black gangs in LA according to Tray Deee but he explained how the leaderless structure operates. This is divergent from most organizations that have an established hierarchy, but Tray Deee said everyone is expected to put in work to their highest capability and remember that "the notoriety of the set is above all else."
