36 minutes workout which includes a proper warm up.
Detailed technique explanation that will improve your physical conditioning and will prevent any kind of trauma.
After the warm up you will do few effective exercises that will develop your shouldermout without the jump.
Further on I will teach you one of my favourite Power Spins.
Step by step detailed explanation. The spin will move on into a sitting rotation, how to achieve a greater dynamic and better flow.
We will finish with a short but necessary cool down.
