Oculus Quest: Virtually (almost) there!

The Oculus Quest sits in a very happy middle portion of the VR spectrum - capable of some experiences available on full virtual reality headsets but without the extra setup! Is it enough to make this $399 VR headset the perfect entry point for people new to this form of tech?
