Ruth (Matet de Leon) gets shaken to the core when she learns that Divina (Pilar Pilapil) suffered a heart attack. Her suspicion about Lloyd (Carlos Morales) then intensifies after crossing paths with him at the hospital where Divina is admitted. Meanwhile, Katrina (Cristine Reyes) comes up with another evil plan against Divina. During her first day at Villaluna Steel, Katrina gets a surprise visit from one of Divina’s fiercest rivals. Elsewhere, Mikmik (Sophia Reola) discovers Divina’s unfortunate fate.

Amber (Krystal Mejes) accidentally breaks Michael's (RK Bagatsing) laptop as she tries to shove Mikmik (Sophia Reola) away. Mikmik tries to take the blame to protect Amber, but Michael sees through her actions. He then harshly scolds Mikmik for letting other people take advantage of her. Michael also calls out Amber for disrespecting the people under his roof. Meanwhile, Katrina (Cristine Reyes) finds delight in Divina's (Pilar Pilapil) helpless situation.

Katrina (Cristine Reyes) starts to feel good with Divina (Pilar Pilapil) in critical condition. However, she soon learns that Divina went behind her back to have Amber's (Krystal Mejes) paternity test repeated. Katrina then discovers that Ruth (Matet de Leon) was in on Divina's plans. Michael (RK Bagatsing), meanwhile, makes a shocking discovery after Divina regained consciousness. Mikmik (Sophia Reola) and Britney (Heart Ramos) invite Amber to make gifts for Divina.
