Kitna Protein kana chahiye taki aap muscle bna sakein aur fat loss kar sakein. Protein is broken into amino acids and these amino acids help to repair the damaged muscle filers after an intense workout. If you are confused as to how to calculate protein intake per day , this is the best video. I have explained a simple formula by which first you calculate Lean Body mass ( LBM ). To calculate Lean Body mass you need to calculate the Body Fat Percentage first which you can calculate from any BCA Machines or can guess by using the picture at 4:46 in the video. Once you guess the body fat percentage then it becomes quite easy to calculate how much protein do I need and best protein intake to build muscle and lose fat.
For someone with Lean Body Mass 80 kgs
A beginner will need - (1.5 to 1.8) grams multiplied by 80
For an advanced athlete - (2-3 ) grams multiplied by 80
