Elli Avram exercise mantra: Dancing has helped me a lot in my fitness journey. I stretch a lot and do mixed martial arts (MMA). I work out for three hours every day, five to six days a week. My dancing routine involves a mix of ballet, modern dance, fusion and some Indian moves too.
