Stockton apartment complex cited due to overflowing trash

A Stockton apartment complex was cited by code enforcement officers after residents complained about trash piling up on the property. Residents at Polo Run Apartments said the trash bins are overflowing. Code enforcement told property owners on Friday they need to clean up the trash. Officials will check again on Monday.
