So I've been following the Jaclyn Cosmetics Drama (as I'm sure many of you have too!). And this video is coming from the perspective of a business owner, and my thoughts on how Jaclyn has handled this delicate situation. At the time of this videos release, Jaclyn Cosmetics have released a statement on their social media saying that they will be refunding EVERY single customer (Including shipping). This is a step in the right direction, but I think a recall is still warranted.
Jaclyn also has posted some stories on her IG account, which are more heartfelt and real, but if you dont follow her on Insta, you wouldn't even know about these!
I think these stories should have been her main video, rather than the one she posted on her Main YT channel.
Let see if the refunds get processed over the next 7 days.
Also....It will be interesting to see what Jaclyn's next video is......
