There is also good information on videos like Bulletproof Radio's "The Do's and Don'ts of Blue Light" episode or The Energy Blueprint's "The Best Blue Blockers For Amazing Sleep The Best Blue Light Blocking Glasses with Ari Whitten". They address the more mainstream issues with blue light, like sleep problems, not anxiety and overwhelm though.
