First Property Group reports year of 'substantial' operational and financial progress

Group profit before tax reduced by 10% to £8.31mln almost solely due to a reduction in income from a vacancy at one of their properties.

FPO also saw a threefold increase in contribution to profit before tax from the fund management division of £3.03mln
