[Diablo 3] A Rather Tanky Necro for Bounty / Avarice Conquest (Season 17)

Necromancer can be rather fragile. Especially for bounty whereby the mobs are kind of not enough to sustain the essence for the summoning of the singularity mages. If DPS is not really a priority, I would rather go for a tanky build. It is so much more relaxing. And on a side note, happy to have achieved the third conquest of the season. Yay!
